Job Overview:

Are you a creative self-starter ready to elevate your career as our new Video & Social Media Specialist (GHL)?

In this exciting, fully remote role, you will lead our video marketing distribution by transforming raw footage into high-impact content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook. We are looking for a proactive independent contractor who can work autonomously to boost our brand in the recruitment technology space. Best of all, this position is designed for growth, offering you the unique opportunity to scale into a broader marketing role with expanded responsibilities over time. 

Schedule:

  • Australian Eastern Standard Time

Responsibilities:

  • Process and repurpose raw video content into platform-optimized formats for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

  • Automate subtitles and prepare video assets using tools like Riverside for multi-channel distribution.

  • Manage and maintain consistent posting schedules across personal and company LinkedIn pages, YouTube, and Facebook.

  • Develop and propose creative content ideas to strengthen brand presence and audience engagement.

  • Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities to improve content strategy.

  • Support the broader marketing function as the role evolves, including marketing automation tasks.

  • Collaborate with leadership to align content output with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media content creation and distribution across multiple platforms.

  • Strong video editing skills with the ability to adapt content for different channel specifications.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision.

  • Excellent written communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a plus.
