WFH Video & Social Media Specialist (GHL)

In this exciting, fully remote role, you will lead our video marketing distribution by transforming raw footage into high-impact content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook. We are looking for a proactive independent contractor who can work autonomously to boost our brand in the recruitment technology space. Responsibilities:

• Process and repurpose raw video content into platform-optimized formats for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

• Automate subtitles and prepare video assets using tools like Riverside for multi-channel distribution.

• Manage and maintain consistent posting schedules across personal and company LinkedIn pages, YouTube, and Facebook.

• Develop and propose creative content ideas to strengthen brand presence and audience engagement.

• Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities to improve content strategy.

• Support the broader marketing function as the role evolves, including marketing automation tasks.

• Collaborate with leadership to align content output with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media content creation and distribution across multiple platforms.

• Strong video editing skills with the ability to adapt content for different channel specifications.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision.

• Excellent written communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a plus.
