Valenzuela City, Metro Manila - Job Duties and Tasks for Security Officer/ Security Guard

• Provide access to the property

• Follow guidelines when assigning visitor and guest passes

• Perform interior and exterior foot patrols of the facility grounds throughout the shift

• Monitor security cameras and conduct investigations if you detect suspicious activity

• Learn and ensure the facility's emergency and safety procedures, including parking safety and ensuring fire exits remain unblocked

• Take part in site-specific training for each location and follow the direction of the supervisor

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on standards and procedures by taking part in regular training when we adopt new standards

• Take initiative and use good judgement in emergency or suspicious situations. This involves resolving conflicts, documenting incidents, and contacting authorities when necessary

• Effectively operate and troubleshoot security systems, radios, phones, and other equipment

• Provide daily reports at the end of every shift and brief the next shift on any specific situations
