Pool Officers (Branch Banking)

We are currently seeking Pool Officers—seasoned banking professionals who bring versatility, high-level technical expertise, and a rigorous approach to operational integrity across our branch network.

As a Pool Officer, you are a critical anchor for our branch operations. This role is designed for experienced tellers and cashiers who have mastered the art of high-volume transaction management and are ready to take on greater responsibility in safeguarding the bank’s assets through strict compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Advanced Cashiering & Tellering: Executing complex financial transactions with 100% accuracy, serving as a subject matter expert for the branch’s front-end operations.

• Risk Management Leadership: Identifying operational risks in real-time. You will be responsible for the meticulous verification of signatures, large-cash endorsements, and high-value withdrawals.

• Strict Compliance Oversight: Ensuring every transaction adheres to BSP regulations, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) acts, and "Know Your Customer" (KYC) protocols.

• Operational Troubleshooting: Mentoring junior staff on banking systems and helping resolve transaction discrepancies or balancing issues during end-of-day processing.

• Client Relationship Management: Handling escalated customer inquiries with professional Cebuano hospitality, ensuring that service excellence is never compromised by procedural rigor.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3–5 years of solid experience as a Bank Cashier and Teller. You should have a proven track record of handling high-volume cash operations with zero variance.

• Risk-First Mindset: A deep understanding of internal controls. You don't just follow the rules; you understand the risk behind them.

• Technical Mastery: Proficiency in core banking software and a sharp eye for spotting counterfeit instruments or fraudulent documentation.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, or a related Business field.

• Agility: The ability to adapt to different branch environments and maintain high performance under pressure.
