Night shift, Full time
Onsite (Iloilo Office): Bldg. 2, 2nd Floor, Nelly Garden, Jaro, Iloilo City
Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of customer service experience.
Experience using Kanban tools or similar tools such as Trello or Jira.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and other productivity tools.

We’ve partnered with a US-based company that helps dental practices run more smoothly by simplifying day-to-day operations. From appointment scheduling and real-time patient communication to secure data management, their platform supports dental teams in delivering the best possible patient experience. By reducing technical headaches and administrative challenges, dentists and staff can focus on what matters most—caring for their patients.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
Create and update helpful guides and support resources for dental teams.
Respond to customer inquiries and feedback accurately and promptly.
Provide professional support via phone, email, and chat.
Track customer requests through to resolution.
Deliver a positive customer experience with every interaction.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of customer service experience.
Familiarity with Kanban tools such as Trello, Jira, or similar platforms.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Customer-focused with a positive and solutions-driven approach.
Organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills.
