Position: MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Learn and assist in daily store operations and sales management
• Support the branch team in achieving sales targets and operational goals
• Gain hands-on experience in inventory management, merchandising, and customer service
• Assist supervisors in monitoring store performance and preparing reports
• Participate in training programs designed to develop leadership and management skills
• Ensure excellent customer service and uphold company standards
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
• Must have related experience
• Strong leadership potential and willingness to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented and goal-driven
• Willing to work mall hours, weekends, and holidays
