IT Developer Programmer
Job Description:
Develop, maintain, and optimize Google Sheets solutions, including complex formulas and automated workflow
Create and manage Google Apps Script to improve business processes and data accuracy
Build and maintain Python scripts for automation, reporting, and data integration
Write and optimize SQL queries to support reporting and data analysis needs
Troubleshoot system, data, and workflow issues raised by end users
Communicate clearly with users to understand requirements and provide effective solutions
Document processes, scripts, and system changes for reference and continuity
Provide regular updates on task progress, issues, and completed work to the supervisor
Prioritize tasks based on urgency and business impact
Continuously suggest improvements to systems and processes
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets (advanced formulas & automation)
Proficient in Google Apps Script for workflow automation and data processing
Working knowledge of Python for data handling, scripting, and automation tasks
Experience with SQL for querying, updating, and managing databases
Ability to analyze user-reported issues and translate them into technical solutions
Good communication skills; able to explain technical matters in a clear, user-friendly way
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Willingness to provide regular status updates and progress reports to the supervisor
