Factory Maintenance Technicians (Automation, Electrical, Mechanical)

We are looking for skilled and driven individuals to join our team! We are currently hiring for the following three (3) technical roles to support our plant operations who will be assigned at our Tanauan Factory:

1. Automation Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, automation systems, and control networks

• Program and modify PLCs and operator interfaces

• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of instruments

• Upgrade and optimize relay-based controls into PLC systems

• Ensure reliable operation of all automation and process control systems

Qualifications:

• Strong background in PLC programming, instrumentation, and process control

• Experience in electrical and automation maintenance

• Knowledge of industrial networks and control systems

2. Electrical & Instrumentation Technician I

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting and repair of electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems

• Configure PLCs, VFDs, drives, and other process control equipment

• Execute preventive maintenance for electrical systems and power distribution

• Install wiring, conduits, and communication systems

• Maintain technical documentation and reports

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and instrumentation

• Experience in plant maintenance and process operations

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer and Registered Master Electrician

3. Mechanic I

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment

• Perform mechanical troubleshooting (pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, etc.)

• Carry out routine inspections, lubrication, and condition-based maintenance

• Support production by ensuring machines operate efficiently

• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the work area

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Mechanical Technology or related Engineering course

• Experience in plant mechanical maintenance preferred

• Familiar with GMP, safety procedures, and maintenance systems

• Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer

• Willing to work in a shifting schedule

• Willing to be assigned at the Tanauan Factory
