About the role

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. (ISO Certified) is seeking an Admin Assistant Resolution Specialist to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. Based in Eastwood, Quezon City, Metro Manila, this role is integral to supporting our operational excellence and customer satisfaction objectives. As an Admin Assistant Resolution Specialist, you will be at the forefront of managing administrative tasks whilst simultaneously addressing customer concerns and resolution queries. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in both administrative support and customer issue management, making it a pivotal role within our organisation.

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage and prioritise administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation whilst maintaining meticulous organisation

  2. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, empathy and efficiency, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation where appropriate

  3. Coordinate between various departments to facilitate seamless resolution of customer issues and internal matters

  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, resolutions and follow-ups in designated systems

  5. Prepare reports and documentation related to customer resolutions and administrative metrics

  6. Support the implementation of quality assurance protocols to ensure service excellence

  7. Respond to emails, phone calls and other communications in a timely and professional manner

  8. Assist in training and onboarding new team members as required

  9. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and procedures


What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience working as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative support role

  2. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally

  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative software

  5. Outstanding organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities

  6. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all documentation and record-keeping

  7. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify effective solutions to customer and operational challenges

  8. Professional demeanour, reliability and strong work ethic

  9. Experience working in a quality-focused or ISO-certified environment is highly desirable

  10. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is preferred
