Marketing Communications Specialist

Job Summary:
The Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and managing marketing communication initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support business objectives. This role creates content, manages communication channels, coordinates marketing campaigns, and ensures consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing communication plans aligned with company goals and brand direction.

  • Create, edit, and manage marketing content for various channels, including social media, email, website, and promotional materials.

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and brand initiatives from planning to execution.

  • Manage social media platforms by creating content calendars, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.

  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all communication materials.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing activities and promotions.

  • Prepare marketing reports and analyze campaign performance, engagement, and effectiveness.

  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.

  • Support the development of promotional materials, presentations, newsletters, and other communication assets.

  • Assist in planning and executing events, partnerships, and public relations activities.

  • Coordinate with creative teams, designers, and vendors to deliver marketing requirements on time.

  • Maintain and organize marketing files, materials, and campaign records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • Proven experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, content creation, or related roles.

  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of social media platforms, content management, and digital marketing tools.

  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Strong coordination, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
