Key Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation & Service
Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails with precision and consistency.
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, liqueurs, and craft beverages.
Recommend wine and cocktail pairings that complement menu offerings.
Ensure all beverages meet presentation and quality standards.
Monitor alcohol consumption and comply with responsible service regulations.
Guest Experience
Provide attentive, personalized service in a professional and polished manner.
Engage guests with menu knowledge and beverage recommendations.
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously.
Handle guest inquiries and concerns with discretion and professionalism.
Bar Operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
Manage inventory, restock supplies, and assist with ordering as needed.
Follow proper opening and closing procedures.
Operate POS system accurately for order entry and payment processing.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Team Collaboration
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
Support overall restaurant operations during peak hours.
Participate in staff training and beverage menu development as needed.
