URGENT: FINANCE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR - BGC
QUALIFICATION AND NEEDED WORK EXPERIENCE:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Philippine financial industry, with involvement
in banking digital transformation, digital payments, ewallets, digital banking, fintech, or
related initiatives.
2. Experience in one or more of the following areas:
Business development, digital transformation, payments, IT, innovation, or related functions within banks, digital banks, or e-wallet providers;
Sales, project management, account management, or client relationship management experience within fintech companies such as BPC, Pine Labs, Lydian, Tookitaki, or similar organizations;
Sales or business development experience within cloud and technology companies such as Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, or similar technology providers.
3. Strong understanding of BSP regulations, digital payments, and fintech industry trends
in the Philippines.
4. Existing relationships with financial institutions and access to senior-level decision-makers within the banking or fintech ecosystem are highly preferred.

1. Proven ability to independently build, manage, and maintain relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
2. Strong experience in complex solution selling and enterprise sales engagement.
3. Good understanding of financial technology, digital payments, AI, big data, cloud computing, and related technology solutions.
4. Excellent business development, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder
management skills.
5. Strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to work effectively with local and international teams.
6. Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of
driving business growth in a highly competitive market.

1. Lead business development and market expansion within the Philippine financial sector, with a primary focus on banks, digital banks, and e-wallet.
2. Build, develop, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across financial institutions, driving business and partnership opportunities.
3. Identify customer needs and business opportunities, and lead solution discussions, commercial negotiations, and project engagements.
4. Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the financial services sector.
5. Achieve assigned sales targets, customer acquisition goals, and strategic partnership objectives.
