Store Supervisor | Alabang Town Center
Job Responsibilities:
• Handles all sales, marketing and operation activities of the branch
• Ensures achievement of sales target for the assigned branch
• Motivates and leads branch personnel in the achievement of sales target
• Performs other duties required or assigned
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• With experience in Furnitures/Gadgets is an advantage
• Job role in Sales Executive or Supervisor/Team Lead.
• With Above Average communication skills
• Should have very good customer service, presentation and negotiation skills
