About the Role

As Supply Chain Management Head, you will lead and optimize CCAC's end-to-end supply chain operations — spanning demand and supply planning, logistics, warehousing, distribution, operations excellence, and supply chain finance. You will be accountable for operational excellence, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction, while playing a key strategic role in CCAC's growth by driving supply chain transformation, sustainability, and collaboration with local and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Supply Chain Leadership

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business objectives, growth, and profitability targets.

• Drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes, systems, and performance metrics.

• Oversee demand and supply planning to ensure optimal inventory levels and order fulfillment.

Logistics & Distribution Management

• Direct end-to-end logistics operations — warehousing, transportation, and distribution — to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

• Strengthen logistics partnerships, improve delivery lead times, and enhance visibility of goods movement.

Order Management & Customer Service

• Oversee order-to-delivery processes to ensure high service levels and accurate order fulfillment.

• Collaborate with Sales and Production teams on order prioritization and production scheduling.

Operations Excellence

• Lead Supply Chain Excellence and Continuous Improvement programs, including process standardization, automation, and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.

• Implement KPIs and analytics dashboards to drive performance monitoring and decision-making.

Supply Chain Finance Oversight

• Partner with Finance to manage budgets, cost control, and performance metrics across the supply chain.

• Ensure cost efficiency, working capital optimization, and accurate financial forecasting of supply chain activities.

People Leadership

• Lead and develop a high-performing team across logistics, supply chain management, order management, operations excellence, and supply chain finance.

• Build talent capability, succession planning, and a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; an Engineering background is preferred.

• Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.

Experience

• At least 10–15 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, including 5 years in a senior leadership role.

• Strong background in end-to-end supply chain management within manufacturing, HVAC, or consumer durables environments is highly preferred.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale operations.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP), planning tools, and supply chain analytics.

• Deep understanding of logistics, warehousing, demand planning, and inventory optimization.

• Demonstrated success driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Financial acumen, with the ability to interpret and act on key cost and performance metrics.
