We are currently hiring for an L3 Application Support Engineer role for our client located in Alabang, Muntinlupa.

Position: L3 Application Support Engineer
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite per Week)
Shift: Mid Shift

Job Summary:
Responsible for application deployment, production support, incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, change management, and supporting enterprise applications across multiple environments.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Application Support, Deployment Engineering, Production Support, or Software Maintenance Support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 3 application and production support across multiple environments

• Perform incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis

• Support Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes

• Manage application deployments and release activities

• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for issue resolution

• Maintain documentation and operational procedures

• Monitor applications and ensure system stability and availability

• Support continuous process improvements and knowledge sharing

Must-Have Skills:

• Application Support / Production Support

• Windows Server

• Microsoft IIS

• MS SQL Server and SQL Query Writing

• PowerShell Scripting

• Azure DevOps

• Microsoft TFS

• Incident Management

• Problem Management

• Change Management

• Deployment and Release Management

• Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience required for each of the above technical skills

• Candidates must have experience with all listed must-have skills

Nice to Have:

• Linux

• AWS or Azure

• Docker

• Microsoft C#

• ITIL Certification

• Database Administration
