Sales and Marketing Specialist
The Sales and Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, sales follow-ups, and client relationship management, while supporting marketing activities that strengthen brand visibility and lead generation.
The position carries assigned sales targets and eligible for commission based on approved company guidelines and performance
The role reports directly to the President & CEO and will closely partner with Marketing Associate in coordinating and executing sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring proper follow-through, alignment, and progress monitoring.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales
Effectively identify, research, and target potential customers or business prospects.
Develop and execute lead generation strategies through cold calling, email marketing, networking, referrals, online platforms, and other approved channels.
Conduct client outreach, follow-ups, and presentations to promote the company’s products and services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty, repeat business, referrals, and long-term partnerships.
Manage and monitor the sales pipeline, including leads, prospects, follow-ups, and converted accounts.
Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
Conduct market research to track industry trends, customer needs, potential clients, and competitor activities.
Gather customer feedback to help improve services, client satisfaction, and sales conversion.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements, concerns, and expectations are properly communicated and addressed.
Prepare sales updates, reports, and other related documentation as required by management.
Marketing
Support market research activities by analyzing trends, competitor activities, customer behavior, and potential market opportunities.
Assist in developing marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives, target audiences, and sales goals.
Create or coordinate content for websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and advertising materials.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across marketing channels.
Utilize digital marketing strategies such as social media, email marketing, online campaigns, and other digital platforms to enhance brand visibility.
Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare basic reports or updates for management.
Support marketing initiatives that directly contribute to lead generation and client acquisition.
Team Coordination
Work closely with the Marketing team in implementing sales and marketing activities.
Provide guidance, coordination, and follow-through support to ensure sales and marketing tasks are completed properly and on time.
Monitor progress of sales and marketing activities and provide updates to the President / CEO.
Help ensure that team efforts are aligned with sales targets, campaign objectives, and company priorities.
Assist in identifying gaps, delays, or concerns in sales and marketing execution and recommend practical action steps.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Communication Arts, Multimedia Arts, or any related field.
At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, client acquisition, or a related role.
Strong sales, negotiation, client-handling, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in lead generation, cold calling, email marketing, client presentations, and sales follow-ups.
Comfortable working with sales targets and commission-based incentives.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and online advertising is an advantage.
Good understanding of market research, branding, content creation, and basic campaign execution.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Good project management and organizational skills.
Able to handle confidential information in an ethical and professional manner.
Must be proactive, target-driven, innovative, creative, and able to work with minimal supervision.
