About the role
Top Alliance is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic call centre team. This is a full-time position based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, with flexible shift options including dayshift and midshift schedules. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, providing exceptional support and ensuring every customer receives the highest standard of service. This role is fundamental to maintaining our reputation for excellence and building lasting relationships with our valued clients.
Key responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy
Provide accurate information about products and services to address customer concerns and questions
Process customer requests, complaints, and transactions efficiently and accurately
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the company database
Identify and escalate complex or urgent issues to appropriate departments or supervisors
Resolve customer issues promptly while adhering to company policies and procedures
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call metrics and customer satisfaction scores
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies through ongoing training
Provide feedback and suggestions for service improvements based on customer interactions
What we're looking for
High school diploma or equivalent qualification; college education is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset
Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult or frustrated customers
Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with accuracy
Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask
Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment is highly valued
Flexibility to work shifts, including dayshift and midshift schedules
Strong commitment to meeting and exceeding performance targets and quality standards
Pleasant demeanour and ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
