Data Engineer - Dashboard Experience

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ETL/ELT Developer or Data Engineer to join our data

management team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and

maintaining efficient, scalable data integration pipelines using top-tier technologies such

as Confluent Kafka, Snowflake, SQL, and Python. This position requires a detail-oriented

professional who thrives in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust ETL/ELT processes to integrate data from diverse

sources into Snowflake.

• Develop and optimize data pipelines using Confluent Kafka to efficiently process

and distribute large volumes of data.

• Write complex SQL queries and scripts in Python to manipulate, analyze, and report

data according to business needs.

• Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation of the data

integration processes.

• Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues on data integration processes and

propose solutions.

• Document all data engineering procedures, systems, and ETL/ELT flows for

maintenance and scaling purposes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and business

analysts, to support data-centric projects.

• Maintain a broad understanding of data management technologies and best

practices, including Data Quality and Master Data Management, although these are

not required skills.

• Create and deliver executive update to Heads and upper management

(Stakeholders).
