Field Engineer

The position is responsible for providing on‑site engineering support, technical advisory, and application solutions to customers across industrial environments. It supports customers by evaluating operating conditions, troubleshooting technical issues, and recommending improvements that enhance system performance and reliability. The role works closely with sales and internal teams to deliver integrated solutions, support project execution, and identify business opportunities through technical engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
You will: 

  • Perform on‑site services to evaluate customer facilities and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and system integrity.

  • Provide technical advisory and application solutions based on customer requirements and engineering specifications.

  • Conduct troubleshooting, inspection, and functional checks on equipment and systems.

  • Oversee installation activities and ensure proper handling and application of engineering products on‑site.

  • Support sales teams by providing technical expertise and contributing to solution‑based selling initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities for product and service expansion during site visits and customer engagements.

  • Assist in the development of technical proposals and participate in clarification meetings with clients.

  • Deliver technical training and knowledge sharing to internal teams and customers.

  • Support the commercialization and execution of engineering services and product initiatives.

  • Maintain strong coordination with internal teams to align technical solutions with customer needs.

  • Lead or support regional field service initiatives and cross‑site projects when required.

  • Perform additional tasks and assignments as needed to support operational and business objectives.

 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

  • You must have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.

  • You must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in field services, maintenance, or on‑site engineering work.

  • You must have experience in industrial environments such as oil and gas, petrochemical, or similar sectors.

  • You must have strong technical knowledge in mechanical systems, process systems, and equipment troubleshooting.

  • You must have familiarity with safety standards, industry regulations, and engineering best practices.

  • You must have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to address complex technical challenges.

  • You must have good communication and presentation skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • You must be detail‑oriented, hands‑on, and capable of working independently in field environments.

  • You must be adaptable, flexible, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • You must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of learning business and technical systems.

Work Schedule: Regular shift (8 am – 5 pm) 

Work Setup: Onsite, Alabang Muntinlupa City
