Architectural Draftsman (ArchiCAD | Onsite | Pasig)

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Senior Architectural Drafter to join our team. You will take ownership of our drawing and documentation workflows, producing high-quality construction documentation primarily using ArchiCAD. You will also support project coordination and handle direct email communication with our clients.

• Produce detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation using ArchiCAD 27.

• Research and apply Australian building standards and construction regulations using online resources and AI tools.

• Issue completed project documentation directly to clients as required.

• Manage client and internal correspondence professionally via email (a company email address will be provided).

• Attend weekly check-ins with the principal architect, plus additional meetings as project demands require.

• Work independently and manage fast-turnaround projects proactively without constant supervision.

Requirements

• ArchiCAD Proficiency: Strong, advanced skills in ArchiCAD (versions 24–27). BIM experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

• AutoCAD Knowledge: Working knowledge of AutoCAD, specifically for file conversion and reference purposes.

• Construction Knowledge: A solid, practical understanding of how building elements and structural details (like windows and junctions) function in the real world.

• AI & Research Savvy: Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) for technical research and standard lookups.

• Written Communication: Excellent written English skills for professional, client-facing email correspondence.

• Software Basics: Familiar with standard Microsoft Office applications.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating extensive construction documentation experience.

Work Arrangement

• Work Setup: On-site

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm PHT, should complete nine (9) hours work, inclusive of one (1) hour lunch break
