Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering

  • With relevant experience or exposure as a Production Engineer

  • Knowledgeable in time and motion study and data analysis

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Must have more than 3 years of experience as a Production Process Engineer


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct time and motion studies to improve productivity and efficiency

  2. Analyze processes and implement improvement initiatives

  3. Prepare and update production documents, check sheets, and operating standards (OPS)

  4. Support new model evaluation, feasibility studies, and process costing

  5. Monitor and maintain compliance with QMS, EMS, and document control requirements
