Accounting Supervisor (Financial Reporting & Budgeting)

Job Summary

• Lead the institutionalization of Anaplan as the company’s budgeting and planning platform

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, and planning processes to support business decisions

• Drive the migration of financial planning activities from spreadsheets to Anaplan

• Prepare scenario and sensitivity analyses for Management reporting and strategic planning

• Serve as the Oracle Finance Lead for Financial Reporting implementation

• Ensure accurate reconciliation and alignment of Oracle Trial Balance with legacy system balances during migration and post go-live.

• Deliver timely monthly management reports with clear variance analysis and financial insights

• Provide cost transparency and performance analysis to support SLA, operational efficiency, and business reviews

Qualifications

• Strong background in:

  • Budgeting and Forecasting

  • Variance Analysis

  • Financial Reporting

  • Microsoft Excel

• Experience in:

  • Anaplan and Oracle Financial Reporting is highly preferred

  • Audit, Consulting, Tax, or Finance roles from audit firms, real estate companies, or other reputable industries

• Course: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy

• License: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred.
