Content Operations Project Manager ( E-commerce)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Manage and oversee daily video content review operations.
2.Ensure all published content complies with company policies, platform guidelines, and brand requirements.
3.Identify content risks, quality issues, and compliance concerns.
4.Establish and maintain content review standards and SOPs.
5.Conduct final quality checks before content release.

~Requirement Gathering & Project Planning

1.Receive, analyze, and organize content requirements from business departments, brands, and stakeholders.
2.Convert business requirements into actionable project plans and execution tasks.
3.Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, priorities, and timelines.
Ensure project requirements are clearly documented and communicated.

~Task Coordination & Assignment

1.Assign tasks to relevant teams and responsible personnel.
2.Coordinate among Content, Design, Video Editing, Marketing, Operations, and Management teams.
3.Monitor workload distribution and project resource allocation.
4.Ensure project priorities are aligned with business objectives.

~Project Tracking & Delivery Management

1.Track project progress from initiation to completion.
2.Maintain project schedules, task trackers, and status reports.
3.Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
4.Identify project risks and proactively resolve blockers.
5.Escalate critical issues when necessary.

~Deliverable Evaluation & Acceptance

1.Review completed deliverables against original project requirements.
2.Verify content quality, accuracy, and brand compliance.
3.Coordinate revisions and feedback implementation.
4.Ensure final deliverables receive stakeholder approval before release.

~Process Improvement

1.Develop and optimize operational workflows and project management processes.
2.Improve team efficiency through SOP implementation and performance monitoring.
3.Establish project management best practices and reporting structures.
Support management in achieving departmental KPIs and operational goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Media, Project Management, or related fields.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Project Management, Content Operations, Brand Operations, Marketing Operations, or related fields.
3. Experience managing content production, video operations, or digital media projects is highly preferred.
4. Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
