About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Senior Software Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to design, build, and maintain high-quality software solutions that align with business needs and modern technology strategies.
What You’ll Do
🔹 Software Development & Delivery
Collaborate with clients and partners to gather requirements and propose technical solutions
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications
Build prototypes and continuously improve product functionality
🔹 System Execution & Maintenance
Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bugs
Enhance existing systems with new features and improvements
Guide stakeholders on system-related impacts and opportunities for innovation
🔹 Solution Design & Architecture
Contribute to system architecture and technical design
Optimize solutions under guidance from senior engineers
Help implement scalable and secure system components
🔹 Process & Knowledge Sharing
Follow established development processes and best practices
Maintain documentation and project artifacts
Share knowledge and contribute to team learning initiatives
Qualifications
Required Skills
Strong experience in .NET development using C# and ASP.NET
Hands-on experience with ReactJS for front-end development
Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end practices
Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs / Web Services
Strong understanding of:
Secure coding practices
Performance tuning
Code quality standards
Experience with Git or other version control systems
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
Preferred / Nice to Have
Experience with modern state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API)
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in software development
Proven experience in .NET + ReactJS full-stack development
Experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications
