At Duralco, we are the pioneer of premium aluminum windows and doors company in the Philippines, driven by a passion for innovation and customer satisfaction. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated, dynamic, and results-oriented individuals to join our growing business.

This position requires a proactive, goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales, networking, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and develop new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

• Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, Architects, Contractors and Industry Partners.

• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations tailored to customer needs.

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Maintain a detailed and accurate sales pipeline and forecast.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and service delivery.

• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively position our offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• With at least 3 years’ experience working in sales in construction industry

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong client-facing and relationship-building abilities.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• With existing network of architects, contractors and Industry professions.
