Commissary Kitchen Staff
Yummy Tokyo is looking for a Commissary Kitchen Staff to join our growing team!

At Yummy Tokyo, we take pride in serving authentic Japanese favorites such as ramen, gyoza, takoyaki, and rice meals. Our commissary kitchen plays an important role in ensuring quality, consistency, and food safety for both online orders and branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
Primarily prepare gyoza (Japanese dumplings).
Assist in overall commissary kitchen operations.
Handle basic administrative tasks, including receiving, checking, and coordinating online, franchise, and branch orders.
Support the Kitchen Manager in daily operations.
Assist in food preparation for online and branch requirements.
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the work area.
Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
At least a Senior High School graduate or college undergraduate or NC II Food and Beverage Certification holder.
Previous food handling experience is an advantage.
Computer literate.
Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Willing to work in Kapitolyo, Pasig City.
Preferably residing near the area to minimize commuting difficulties.
