In addition, our liquid carbon dioxide plant in Pasig City filled the requirements for Food Safety System Certification 22000 (FSSC 22000) for the manufacture of this gas as a food additive.

Mission:
As a HR OJT/Internship for a 3 to 6-months term, you will be contributing to administrative tasks and daily support. You will collaborate with the Lead HR Business Partner and the broader team in HR, Admin, and Communication, delving into functions such as HR Operations, Innovation & Development, and People Management. A chance for hands-on HR experience and insights.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
People Management
Build relationships with People Managers.
Partnering with managers to increase employee engagement, performance and outcomes
Provide HR policy guidance to managers and employees
Operational Effectiveness
Partner with stakeholders and works closely with the Lead HRBP to ensure company objectives (diversity, equal employment opportunity)
Take part in Employee Health, Wellbeing & Workers’ compensation.
Assist the Lead HRBP in developing strategies for people management, succession planning, and talent management for key managerial positions and for stakeholders. - Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
Innovation & Development
Defines and deploys HR best practices (talent development, workforce planning, rewards & recognition, employees and industrials relations, etc)
Takes active part in organizational transformation initiatives/ projects; Leads/supports continuous change agenda advising on people decisions to drive organizational effectiveness.
Creates & deploys HR tools, processes & templates to support managers achieve organizational objectives
Are you a MATCH?
Degree in Human Resources and/or Administration.
Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications.
Uphold strict confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information.
Familiarity with any HRIS is a plus.
Require to have MOA/Endorsement Letter
Able to work as per the work arrangement
Final year students or Fresh Graduates in 2025/2026 are encouraged to apply.

History
Air Liquide Phils., Inc. (ALPI) was established on 27th December 1994 with a local partner and started commercial operation in 1997. Thereafter, in year 2000, ALPI became 100% subsidiary of Air Liquide France. Its head office is located in FTI Complex, Taguig City. The main plant is situated in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City, where the 100 TPD Air Separation Unit (ASU) was built together with the H2 and CO2 plants; Refilling Station and the 180 TPD Liquefier. Another 40 TPD ASU plant was erected at Balamban, Cebu. On-site plants are positioned strategically at customer’s sites all over Luzon and Cebu islands. In a span of six years, ALPI has grown tremendously and become one of the biggest and profitable industrial gas companies in the Philippines having reached the One billion Peso mark turn over in 2006. Currently, it has a very strong 233 work force who continually work together towards the vision of making the company as the no.1 industrial gas manufacturer in the Philippines.
