Accounting and Finance Assistant
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for several key vacancies within our Accounting and Finance departments! We are currently accepting applications for:
1) Accounts Payable Supervisor
Supervises subordinates assigned in Accounts Payable to ensure all entries are booked timely and accurately and to assist in Month-end closing activities.
Reviews and checks the AP vouchers (vendors) made by AP Assistants with proper corresponding attachments.
Reviews and checks the AP vouchers of employee’s reimbursements and verify the validity of expenses.
Checks and verifies old, imported PO for PO conditions that can be closed and endorse it to AP assistant for closing adjustment.
Reviews and checks printed journal vouchers to ensure error-free adjustments and inaccurate postings of accounts.
Prepares analysis of Advances to Suppliers account.
Uses the SAP system to check if imported products are already delivered on site and parts received by the Warehouse.
Counterchecks the output of the analysis performed by AP Assistants

Participates in annual audit activities,
Prepares Notes to Financial Statements.
2) Treasury Assistant
Process payments, fund transfers, and wire transactions accurately and on time.
Maintain records of payments and transactions, ensuring proper filing for audits and compliance.
Coordinate with the accounts payable section to ensure timely processing of transactions.
Provide general administrative assistance to the treasury team, including scheduling meetings, filing documents, and managing correspondence.
Prepare check voucher.
Handling inquiries on checks and payments.
Processing reimbursements, cash advances and other employee related disbursements.
Assisting supervisor with the company's daily treasury activities.
Managing the petty cash fund by keeping track of inflows and outflows and replenishing the fund as needed.
Releasing check payments to suppliers, contractors and creditors.
Preparation of cashflow and cash forecast reports.
Monitoring of unreleased, staled and outstanding checks.
3) Financial Accounting Assistant
Assists the Financial Accounting supervisor in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements
Prepares a monthly recap of various departments' selling expenses
Prepares and analyzes revenue and cost of regular and special service reports monthly
Prepares and analyzes operating expenses report of various departments monthly
Analyzes the general and selling administrative expense accounts of all departments
Prepares and analyzes the revenue and cost project reports of various departments monthly
Analyzes and schedules deferred maintenance service cost/income and contracts in progress monthly
Prepares journal entries for amortization of prepaid expenses (except prepaid office supplies) monthly
Takes up miscellaneous deposits
Checks E/E Installation budget & pre-mobilization sheet for Head Office and VisMin projects
Files and arranges all monthly journal vouchers
Participates in annual audit activities, preparation of notes to financial statements
Participates in semi-annual physical inventory count
QUALIFICATIONS:
Completion of a bachelor's degree of BS in Accountancy, preferably a CPA
Must have 2 years of relevant experience
Must possess the ability to plan, organize, and effectively delegate responsibilities to subordinates.
Must be proficient in oral and written communication.
Proficient in using MS Office and other related computer applications.
Competent, well-organized, keen on details, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
