Merchandising Supervisor - Retail | Multi-Store

Support merchandising execution across multiple retail locations and help drive sales through strong inventory management, product allocation, and in-store presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product allocation across stores to maintain balanced stock levels

• Monitor inventory and assist in minimizing stockouts and overstock

• Analyze sales data and support pricing and promotional activities

• Coordinate with store teams to ensure proper product display and execution

• Assist in managing promotional assortments to support sales targets

• Prepare basic merchandising and sales reports

• Stay updated on product trends and support merchandising decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field

• At least 3–5 years of experience in retail merchandising or related roles

• Experience in fashion, accessories, or branded retail is an advantage

• Exposure to multi-store operations is a plus

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities

• Proficient in MS Excel and other Office tools

• Willing to work in Binondo, Manila
