Urgent Hiring - Sales Representative (Cebu City)
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and building long-term business relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, managing customer accounts, and delivering excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
Managing inbound and outbound sales calls for existing and prospective customers.
Preparing and delivering accurate and timely quotations using the company's ERP system.
Negotiating pricing, payment terms, and sales conditions with customers.
Providing dedicated pre-sales support and comprehensive post-sales follow-up.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
Conducting proactive telemarketing activities to generate new opportunities and convert warm and cold leads through CRM systems.
Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, including KPI requirements related to sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns, resolve product-related issues, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Developing a thorough understanding of company products and services to effectively respond to customer inquiries and recommend suitable solutions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
Experience in B2B sales with a proven track record in selling diverse products and services is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Medical, Healthcare, or related disciplines is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and business partnerships.
Experience handling both inbound and outbound sales activities.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems is an added advantage.
