We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and building long-term business relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, managing customer accounts, and delivering excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing inbound and outbound sales calls for existing and prospective customers.

  • Preparing and delivering accurate and timely quotations using the company's ERP system.

  • Negotiating pricing, payment terms, and sales conditions with customers.

  • Providing dedicated pre-sales support and comprehensive post-sales follow-up.

  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

  • Conducting proactive telemarketing activities to generate new opportunities and convert warm and cold leads through CRM systems.

  • Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, including KPI requirements related to sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns, resolve product-related issues, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Developing a thorough understanding of company products and services to effectively respond to customer inquiries and recommend suitable solutions.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience.

  • Experience in B2B sales with a proven track record in selling diverse products and services is preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical, Healthcare, or related disciplines is advantageous but not mandatory.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and business partnerships.

  • Experience handling both inbound and outbound sales activities.

  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems is an added advantage.
