Electrical Engineer (Facilities and Maintenance)
Job Summary:
The Electrical Engineer – Facilities and Maintenance is responsible for supporting the operation, maintenance, and improvement of electrical and facility systems. The role handles preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime. The engineer also works closely with technicians and other departments to support safe and efficient operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and facility equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical and equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
Support maintenance planning and scheduling activities.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
Support spare parts monitoring and inventory coordination.
Ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
Assist in continuous improvement and reliability improvement activities.
Provide technical support to maintenance technicians when needed.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
PRC Licensed Electrical Engineer is an advantage
2–3 years experience in facilities, maintenance, or manufacturing environment
Experience in electrical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and equipment
Experience working with maintenance teams in a manufacturing setup
