Architectural 3D Artist

Creative Direction & Vision

  • Define and uphold the visual direction, style, and storytelling for interior, exterior, and full-environment real estate projects.

Leadership & Mentorship

  • Guide and mentor fellow artists by providing constructive feedback, demo sessions, and technical/creative coaching.-

  • Support the growth of the team by sharing best practices, reviewing work, and ensuring QC standards are met.

  • Demonstrate strong leadership presence—fostering collaboration, accountability, and a positive production culture.

Innovation & R&D

  • Research and test new workflows, tools, and rendering techniques (e.g., Unreal, AI-assisted tools, new plug-ins).

  • Document findings and help integrate successful innovations into studio pipelines to improve efficiency and quality.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, the Head of Production, and the Creative Team to translate client goals into visual outcomes.

  • Participate in client calls or internal presentations when needed to explain creative decisions and ensure alignment.

Quality & Consistency Oversight

  • Ensure all outputs meet studio-level quality benchmarks for realism, lighting, materials, composition, and consistency.

  • Troubleshoot artistic and technical issues across projects and propose proactive solutions.

  • Review and approve work from junior artists, ensuring coherence across scenes and deliverables.

Strategic Problem Solving

  • Anticipate potential creative and technical bottlenecks and recommend mitigation strategies.

  • Work cross-functionally with production, modeling, and post teams to resolve challenges efficiently.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Take on special creative tasks or strategic initiatives assigned by the Project Manager, Head of Production, or Head of Operations.

  • Contribute to building the team culture and continuously elevating the studio’s visual identity.
