We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Staff to support the company's daily administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling documentation, updating records, processing data, and ensuring the accuracy of information in company systems. This role plays a vital part in maintaining efficient business operations by providing timely and organized support to different departments.
Key Responsibilities
Encode, update, and maintain accurate records and databases.
Review and process documents in accordance with company procedures.
Prepare reports and organize files for operational use.
Monitor and ensure the completeness and accuracy of submitted documents.
Provide administrative support to internal teams and departments.
Respond to email inquiries and coordinate with concerned personnel when necessary.
Assist in implementing office policies and maintaining confidentiality of company information.
Perform other back-office and clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate.
Experience in administrative, clerical, back-office, or data entry roles is an advantage but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule, if required.
