Brand & Creative Coordinator
The Brand & Creative Coordinator supports Amity’s marketing and brand initiatives by transforming brand direction, client requirements, messaging, and audience insights into engaging visual content and creative assets. Working closely with the Social Media Strategist, Leadership Team, clients, and stakeholders, this role is responsible for producing high-quality creative outputs that strengthen brand presence, support marketing objectives, and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Create visual content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, internal communications, and brand initiatives.
Translate creative briefs, marketing objectives, audience insights, and client requirements into effective visual assets.
Maintain brand consistency across all content, ensuring alignment with established guidelines and messaging.
Apply visual storytelling principles to enhance engagement, brand recognition, and campaign effectiveness.
Revise and refine creative materials based on stakeholder feedback.
Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions.
Support campaign execution, content preparation, publishing, scheduling, and brand initiatives.
Maintain organised creative files, templates, digital assets, and content libraries.
Assist with content planning, project tracking, workflow coordination, and process improvements.
Skills & Experience
Experience in graphic design, content creation, marketing, branding, or a related creative role.
Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, audience engagement, and content creation.
Ability to interpret brand identity and business objectives into compelling visual content.
Strong design, storytelling, communication, organisation, and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.
Success in this role is demonstrated through the consistent delivery of high-quality creative outputs, effective collaboration with stakeholders, strong audience-focused content, and adherence to brand standards and deadlines.
