About the role

Suisprintsonic is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team on a project-based contract basis. This is a specialist role within our Electrical/Electronic Engineering division, offering the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects. This position is based in Cebu, Central Visayas, and will involve hands-on electrical work supporting the successful delivery of our project objectives. As a contract role, this position offers flexibility and the chance to gain varied experience across multiple installations and technical challenges.

What you'll be doing

• Install, maintain and repair electrical systems and components in accordance with project specifications and safety standards

• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic work on electrical equipment and systems to identify faults and implement corrective solutions

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and electrical schematics to ensure accurate installation and compliance

• Conduct electrical testing and quality inspections to verify work meets project requirements and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and other trades to coordinate project timelines and deliverables

• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used and time spent on project tasks

• Adhere to all health, safety and environmental protocols relevant to electrical work and the project site

• Assist in commissioning and handover of electrical systems upon project completion

What we're looking for

• Valid electrical qualification or certification appropriate to the Philippine market

• Proven experience as an Electrician with a strong track record of project-based work

• Competency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and technical documentation

• Sound knowledge of electrical codes, standards and safety regulations

• Hands-on experience with installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment

• Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and diagnostic tools

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment

• Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements and schedules

• Physical capability to perform manual labour and work at heights when required

• Previous experience on construction or industrial projects is highly desirable
