Mulberry Medical is a fast-growing U.S.-based mobile primary care practice serving older adults and medically complex patients in their homes. We are building something different: a clinical care model that brings back the nurse–doctor–patient relationship.

Our Manila-based nursing team plays a critical role in supporting our U.S. providers and patients every day. This is not a call center role. This is a clinical nursing position for RNs who are organized, compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to think ahead for the provider and the patient.

We are hiring 5 additional Registered Nurses to join our existing Manila remote team.

Important Requirement

Applicants must be able to start within 2 weeks. This is a firm requirement.

Applicants must also be available to attend 2–3 days of in-person training in the Manila area before working fully remote. Mulberry Medical will pay for hotel accommodations during the training period, if needed.

What You Will Do

As a Remote U.S. Primary Care Nurse Case Manager, you will help prepare the provider, support the patient, and close the loop after each visit.

Responsibilities include:

• Calling patients before their scheduled provider visit to confirm appointments.

• Reviewing and preparing the patient chart before the provider visit.

• Asking about recent ER visits, hospitalizations, specialist visits, medication changes, or new concerns.

• Requesting and loading outside records when needed.

• Identifying clinical updates that the provider needs to know before the visit.

• Supporting the provider by keeping charts organized, complete, and ready.

• Calling patients after the provider visit to follow up on instructions, referrals, medications, labs, imaging, or other next steps.

• Helping ensure patients feel heard, supported, and connected to their care team.

• Communicating clearly with U.S.-based providers and operations staff.

• Documenting accurately and professionally in the electronic medical record.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for nurses who take pride in clinical work and want to be part of a long-term team.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience.

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed Registered Nurse in the Philippines.

• Able to work U.S. business hours.

• Available to work U.S. business hours (11:00 PM–8:00 AM Manila time, Monday - Friday).

• Available to start within 2 weeks.

• Able to attend 2–3 days of in-person training in the Manila area.

• Comfortable speaking with patients by phone.

• Excellent in English communication, both verbal and written.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Clinically curious and able to identify important changes in patient condition.

• Comfortable using electronic medical records and multiple online systems.

• Previous experience with electronic medical records is required.

• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently from home.

• Compassionate with elderly and medically complex patients.

• Able to follow processes while also using good nursing judgment.

Experience with U.S. healthcare, primary care, case management, chronic care management, home health, hospice, palliative care, hospital nursing, utilization review, or BPO healthcare accounts is helpful, but not required for the right candidate.

Work Setup

• Full-time remote work from home after initial training.
