Korean Bilingual (Customer Success Associate)

Role Overview

With up to 200 new Korean businesses to be integrated into the ecosystem, the role will serve as a conduit between internal teams and our new Korean partner. This will entail acting as a verbal and written translator (English and Korean) during the sales and marketing meetings with the partner and coordinating with the individual business (exhibitors) throughout the event lifecycle to ensure successful event enablement.


Core Responsibilities

  • Translation and Customer Interface – You will be the language conduit between the various event teams and the Korean partner/businesses:

  • Attend meetings and provide verbal translation during the meetings and written translations afterwards

  • As needed, navigate any language gaps in post-sale exhibitor support (see below), either through direct translation or indirect interpretation

  • Post-Sale Exhibitor Support – You will be a trusted advisor helping to guide exhibitors as they prepare for the event:

  • Coordination – you will facilitate onboarding and enablement activities:

  • Support marketing activation

  • Facilitate profile and directory setup

  • Assist with mobile app utilization and badge registration

  • Ensure activities are completed by their deadlines

  • Consultation – you will set expectations, provide guidance, and train and encourage successful show execution:

  • Facilitate training and webinars

  • Guide and advise on logistics and booth-related configurations

  • Promote participation in social media campaigns, product showcases, and vendor previews


Qualifications

Required

  • Korean language fluency

  • Experience in a Korean business environment, either directly with a Korean company or indirectly via regular engagement with Korean businesses

  • 2+ years in a customer service/support role

  • Strong written and verbal communication (both English and Korean)

  • Ability and willingness to quickly learn and adapt to the numerous facets of the tradeshow environment


Preferred

  • Experience providing support in a business-to-business setting
