Finance Analyst
Job Summary: Performs cashiering, AR tasks, and Chicken Station costing and reconciliation; supports inventories in Panay Area; assists in fund management, audits, compliance, and month-end processes; manages collections, payments, petty cash, and financial records; coordinates supply procurement; and provides support in billing, budgeting, pricing checks, and field activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform cashiering functions and ensure accurate recording of daily transactions.
Prepare Chicken Station movement reports and costing analysis.
Assist in conducting physical inventory across Panay Area facilities.
Handle Accounts Receivable tasks for Food Service Accounts, including the releasing of Sales Orders.
Prepare and reconcile funds related to Chicken Station operations.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Accountancy or Management Accounting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
With strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to manage multiple financial tasks.
