Logistic Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor deliveries, dispatch, and transportation activities.
Ensure timely and accurate movement of products to customers and branches.
Plan delivery schedules and routes to maximize efficiency.
Coordinate with drivers, warehouse personnel, suppliers, and customers.
Monitor inventory movements and maintain logistics records.
Prepare reports related to deliveries, fleet utilization, and logistics performance.
Resolve delivery issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations is required for this position.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of fleet management and route planning is a plus.
