About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with 0 - 6 months BPO experience to join our call center team at our Molino Bacoor City Cavite location. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary package of up to 22,000 PHP. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the forefront of our organization, serving as the primary point of contact for our customers. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues and provide support that exceeds expectations. This role is crucial to maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly

  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers

  • Process customer requests including orders, returns and account updates

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating complex matters to supervisors when necessary

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company database

  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality

  • Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers

  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental targets and goals

  • Participate in training sessions and quality assurance activities to continuously improve performance

  • Handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring positive outcomes

What we're looking for

  • At least 0 - 6 months of experience in a customer service or call center role

  • Must be at least high school graduate (old or new curriculum)

  • Willing to work full-time onsite in a nightshift schedule in Molino, Bacoor Cavite

  • Can start ASAP

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively resolve customer issues

  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and prioritize tasks effectively
