JUNIOR DATA ENG

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Data Engineer to support our data and analytics initiatives. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are interested in data engineering, analytics, and emerging AI technologies. The successful candidate will assist in data preparation, reporting, dashboard development, and basic automation projects while working closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple sources.

• Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines and data workflows.

• Create and update reports, dashboards, and visualizations using business intelligence tools.

• Write basic SQL queries to extract and validate data.

• Assist in analyzing business, marketing, customer, and operational data.

• Support automation initiatives and AI-related projects under the guidance of senior team members.

• Monitor data quality and help troubleshoot data issues.

• Prepare documentation and presentations of findings and project updates.

• Collaborate with local and regional teams to support business reporting requirements.

• Participate in learning and development activities related to data engineering, analytics, and AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

• Basic understanding of data analytics concepts and reporting.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

• Basic programming knowledge in Python or a similar language.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Willingness to learn cloud, data engineering, and AI technologies.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
