Azure AI Engineer-Direct Hire

• Design, build, and deploy AI models, AI pipelines, and intelligent applications in production environments.

• Develop and integrate AI solutions, including Prompt Flows, RAG, APIs, and agent-based workflows.

• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and Product Teams to ensure seamless system integration and data flow.

• Monitor, optimize, and maintain AI model performance, scalability, reliability, and observability.

• Ensure Responsible AI, security, governance, compliance, and alignment of AI solutions with business objectives and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• 3–6+ years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, and cloud-based solution development.

• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/LLM-powered applications using Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Skilled in prompt engineering, RAG implementations, agent-based systems, orchestration frameworks, and Azure AI services.

• Strong background in Python, REST APIs, microservices, CI/CD, embeddings, vector search, and cloud security.

• Experienced in translating business requirements into practical AI solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
