Operations & Administrative VA
SCHEDULE: Graveyard Shift
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Checking that mashgichim upload receipts
● Checking that the meat log is sent Meet log instruction
● Camera monitoring
● Preparing a monthly magazine/newsletter for all our locations
● Opening links and organizing them into a structured Hebrew / English glossary
● Maintaining business information for each location, including:
○ Staff working hours
○ Mashgiach hours
○ Customer opening hours
○ Closing/departure times
● Organizing mashgiach shifts: morning / afternoon / evening
● Making sure every business has a customized SOP.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, operations coordination, or office management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage schedules, records, SOPs, and business documentation accurately.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, and other communication and productivity tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Hebrew language proficiency is an advantage.
