Field Canvasser / Purchaser

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any vocational course or at least a college level course.

• Previous experience in canvassing, purchasing, logistics, messenger services, or a related field an advantage.

• Familiarity with automotive parts, consumables, and suppliers is preferred.

• Strong negotiation and price comparison skills.

• Ability to source and canvass parts, consumables, and other company requirements from various suppliers.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Willing to field work

Primary responsibilities:

1. Canvass, source and procure parts, consumables, and other company requirements from accredited suppliers.

2. Obtain quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective purchases.

3. Coordinate with suppliers regarding product availability and delivery arrangements .

Secondary Responsibilities:

1. Perform collection of payment, checks, and other company-related transactions.

2. Deliver and pick up documents, permits, and other items from clients, suppliers, government agencies, and company branches.

3. Assist in other administrative and messenger tasks as assigned by the management.
