Operations Admin Assistant

Job Summary

The Operations Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of daily business operations. This role works closely with managers to coordinate shop operations, maintain accurate records, consolidate reports, and perform various office and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in managing reports and spreadsheets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support daily shop operations in collaboration with managers and supervisors.

  • Perform general administrative and office tasks, including document preparation, filing, record keeping, and correspondence.

  • Consolidate and organize operational reports for management review.

  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and operational documentation.

  • Assist in monitoring operational activities and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

  • Schedule meetings, prepare meeting materials, and take minutes when required.

  • Handle data entry and ensure the accuracy of operational information.

  • Support cross-functional teams with administrative requirements and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Proven experience in administrative support, operations, or a similar role is an advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and report management.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and reports.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
