Laboratory Technician
Responsibilities:
Perform routine bath analyses, including pH checks, titrations, metal concentration, and contaminant testing.
Accurately document all test results, deviations, and corrective actions.
Adjust plating parameters (e.g., concentrations, pH) to meet required specifications.
Clean and maintain laboratory work areas, tanks, tools, and instrumentation.
Ensure proper maintenance of plating baths, equipment, ventilation systems, and fume hoods for safe and efficient operation.
Maintain accurate inventory of chemicals and ensure proper storage.
Prepare and label chemical solutions in compliance with laboratory standards and safety protocols.
Support R&D activities and evaluations through experimental plating trials and optimization testing.
Requirements:
Graduate of a diploma course
Licensed Chemical Technician (required)
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; one (1) year of related experience or relevant internship/laboratory training is an advantage
Familiar with laboratory equipment and procedures
Ability to multitask and work with keen attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong organizational and time-management skills
