Job Overview

Responsibilities:
Monitor Job Portals: Ensure that job advertisements posted on various portals are actively receiving applicants. If not, promptly inform the Team Lead (TL), Lead Recruiter, or designated personnel.
Candidate Management: Collect resumes from the pool of candidates received through job portals and other channels. Process applications efficiently and ensure that all applicants receive appropriate attention and feedback.
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders, including hiring managers and team members, ensuring timely coordination and communication with candidates.
Candidate Advocacy: Represent TRT's best interests to applicants by providing accurate and compelling information about the organization, its culture, and the role.
Proactive Recruitment: Take a proactive approach to suggest strategies for attracting more applicants, such as refining job descriptions, enhancing job advertisements, or exploring new recruitment channels.
Applicant Assessment: Utilize role requirements and job descriptions to assess applicants' qualifications, skills, and suitability for the position. Provide insightful feedback to hiring managers and team members to support decision-making processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment administration or a similar role.
Familiarity with job portals and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proactive attitude with the ability to identify and implement recruitment improvement initiatives.
Ability to assess candidates based on job requirements and company culture fit.
