NORTH TREND MARKETING CORPORATION is seeking a Trade Marketing Supervisor/Lead to join our dynamic team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving our trade marketing initiatives and supporting the achievement of our commercial objectives. As Trade Marketing Supervisor/Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, support sales growth, and strengthen relationships with key retail and distribution partners. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and make a direct impact on our market performance in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive trade marketing strategies and campaigns that support business objectives and drive channel partner engagement

• Manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of in-store promotions, point-of-sale materials, merchandising initiatives, and promotional events

• Coordinate with sales teams, retail partners, and distribution channels to ensure effective implementation of trade marketing programs and campaigns

• Analyze trade marketing performance metrics, sales data, and market trends to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements

• Create compelling marketing collateral, product displays, promotional materials, and digital assets that resonate with target audiences and support retail environments

• Manage budgets for trade marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal allocation of resources

• Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and engagement

• Liaise with internal stakeholders including product, sales, and finance teams to align trade marketing activities with broader business strategies

• Monitor competitive landscape and retail trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in trade marketing approaches

• Prepare regular reports and presentations on trade marketing performance, campaign results, and recommendations for future initiatives

What we're looking for

• 5 years of experience in trade marketing, or related marketing functions within a commercial or retail environment

• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing trade marketing campaigns that delivered measurable results

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience supervising or mentoring team members

• Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and performance measurement techniques

• Strong creative and strategic thinking skills combined with commercial acumen

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and marketing software or digital tools

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility and adaptability
