Land Acquisition Field Staff

The position will be under outsourced employment.

• Ground verification of properties of interest of the Project Company

• Address verification which includes door-to-door landowner verification; 

• Initial property documents collection; 

• Initial engagement of the landowner, including brief description of Project and how it will affect the property; 

• Assistance to survey teams and technical team during ground verification or micro-sitting activities; and,

• Maintaining contact with landowners in the interim when no formal negotiation has taken place.

• Coordination with land owners for preparatory activities such as surveys, site visits and other required studies

• Assistance to permitting team during the site inspections of regulatory agencies

• Perform other tasks assigned by Manager.
