Engineering & Maintenance Technician Lead 3
Job Description:
Diagnose and repair equipment issues to reduce downtime.
Handle urgent maintenance and emergency repairs.
Inspect machinery and perform needed repairs or replacements.
Keep accurate maintenance and repair records.
Monitor and maintain tools, parts, and supply inventory.
Assist with installation and setup of new equipment.
Work with team members on technical issues.
Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Perform routine preventive maintenance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; license preferred.
At least 3 years of maintenance/engineering experience in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, PLC, VFD, and motor control systems.
Skilled in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Proactive team player with leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
