What you’ll be working on:
Create and maintain knowledge base articles, how-to guides, and workflow documentation to help dental practice staff maximize platform use
Handle customer inquiries and feedback promptly and accurately across all channels
Manage customer requests from intake to resolution, ensuring proper tracking and organized records
Maintain professional communication via phone, email, chat, and other support channels
Ensure timely responses, accurate documentation, and consistent customer-first service in all interactions
What we’re looking for:
Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of customer service experience
Experience using Kanban tools or similar platforms (Trello, Jira, etc.)
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written), confident in phone and email support
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook
Solutions-oriented mindset with strong ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships
Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team
Adaptable, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
