What you’ll be working on:

  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles, how-to guides, and workflow documentation to help dental practice staff maximize platform use

  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback promptly and accurately across all channels

  • Manage customer requests from intake to resolution, ensuring proper tracking and organized records

  • Maintain professional communication via phone, email, chat, and other support channels

  • Ensure timely responses, accurate documentation, and consistent customer-first service in all interactions

What we’re looking for:

  • Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of customer service experience

  • Experience using Kanban tools or similar platforms (Trello, Jira, etc.)

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written), confident in phone and email support

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook

  • Solutions-oriented mindset with strong ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships

  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team

  • Adaptable, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
